Deleting your Ingetin account

You can delete your Ingetin account and all of its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open the Ingetin app and make sure you are signed in.
2. Open the Pro tab, then scroll to the Account section.
3. Tap Delete account, then Delete permanently.

Without the app

Send an email to ayazgroup18@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete Ingetin account". We will delete your account within 7 business days and send you a confirmation.

Data that is deleted

• Your account (name, email, and sign-in method)
• All subscription data, reminder settings, exchange rates, and savings history in the cloud

We keep no data after your account is deleted. Pro purchase history remains recorded in Google Play or the App Store, under each store's own policy. An active Pro subscription does not stop automatically, so cancel it first in Google Play or the App Store.
